Examining various religions is practically impossible and followers of no religion can expect others to necessarily research about their religion and obtain its truth; because they themselves don't do such action regarding other religions. Therefore, Islam also cannot be excepted from such a rule.

The logical method is for each person to examine the religion that has a more prominent presence in their life's culture and environment, and if they find it elevating and pleasant, believe in those truths that have been made available to them; provided that this choice is away from various prejudices and accompanied by accepting criticisms.

Therefore, before anyone, Muslims and those who were born in Islamic environment and exposed to this religion's teachings have the duty to dedicate themselves to examining their religion with a critical view. But followers of other religions, only if they are in the position of judging about Islam's teachings, it's necessary for them to examine it.

Of course, those who have higher interest and motivation in the field of religious spiritual affairs, it's good that in addition to knowing their religion, they become familiar with the fundamental principles of other religions and benefit from their useful teachings too. This action, in addition to expanding and deepening their view, will sometimes lead to reconsideration and better choice.
